1. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the bold tiers (Hot, Hotter, Hottest). The app is intended for adults and is not directed to children. By playing the 18+ tiers you confirm everyone playing is an adult and consents.

2. What the app is

[APP NAME] is an entertainment party game that suggests prompts (truths, dares, wild cards) and optional punishment/forfeit ideas. The app only makes suggestions. You and your group decide what to actually do. Nothing shown is an instruction, requirement, or recommendation to do anything specific.

3. You play at your own risk

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. You decide whether to attempt any prompt, dare, or forfeit, and you can pass on anything at any time with no penalty. You agree to keep play consensual, safe, and legal; never do anything that could injure you or anyone else; and respect that anyone can decline anything.

4. Physical, contact, and food/drink prompts

Some prompts suggest light physical contact or optional food/drink "forfeits" (e.g., a sip of vinegar or hot sauce). These are optional suggestions only. You agree to get the other person's in-the-moment consent for any contact; check for allergies and health conditions before any food/drink, keep portions tiny, and never pressure anyone; and avoid anything unsafe. You accept all risk of participating. The app is not medical, health, or safety advice.

5. Group-set punishments

Punishments/forfeits are chosen and controlled by your group, agreed before play. The app does not set, see, require, or control them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, [APP NAME], its creator, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, embarrassment, or dispute arising from your use of the app or anything you or your group choose to do while playing. The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
